Combine PDF files offline
Load this page once, and you can combine PDFs with your connection off. Nothing to install, nothing uploaded.

BrowseHow to combine PDFs offline
- Open this page while you are online, so the browser has the tool loaded.
- Turn off Wi‑Fi or unplug if you like. Keep this tab open.
- Drop your PDFs on the box, arrange them with the arrows, and click Merge.
- Download the combined file. It is saved straight to your device.
Why it works without internet
The merging code is part of the page you just loaded. Your browser reads the PDFs from your disk, copies their pages into a new document, and saves it. There is no server in that loop, so a connection is not needed once the page is open.
An honest limit
FilesStay is not an installable app yet. If you close the tab while offline, you need a connection to open the page again (your browser may still have it cached, but we cannot promise that). If you work offline often, keep the tab open or bookmark it and load it before you disconnect.
Online vs offline tools
- Upload-based websites need a connection the whole time and send your files to their servers.
- Desktop apps work offline but need installing, and some charge for merging.
- FilesStay runs in the browser you already have, works offline once loaded, and costs nothing.
Tips
- Name your files with numbers first (01, 02, 03) and add them in one go to keep the order.
- If the combined file is too big to email, run it through Compress PDF for email next.
